Reservation and cancellation terms

All bookings at the Centrum Hotel & Cafe (Centrum Panzió) are accepted only via e-mail or online booking system.

The customer or a third party is responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided shall be true and accurate and may be relied upon by us as such.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details they provide are correct and up to date. If your contact details are found to be incorrect or unreachable, therefore is impossible for us to confirm our acceptance of your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation as the lawsuit concerning accommodation will be terminated as a result.

By booking of any accommodation the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

A simple bid for accommodation will not count as confirming a reservation.

We reserve the right to change prices.

The hotel’s online booking software does not allow to set validity. That is why our offers may cease to be valid within a short period of time (<1 min).

After you have accepted our bid, we send you a confirmation e-mail of your reservation. Since that time your reservation becomes legitimate.

Your reservation becomes legitimate exclusively after the confirmation.

Paying a deposit:

In each case customers have to pay 50 % of the price of the room.

After our e-mailing the down payment invoice, the deposit should be paid by bank transfer to 12020304-01506414-00100006 account number of Tiszta Kertek Kft (the operator of the hotel)
after prior consultation, pay in person by cash deposit account. In the latter case the invoice will be made out on the spot.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellation is accepted only in writing (via e-mail or the online booking system).
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up beyond seven days before the arrival date and a full refund will be processed.

However, if you cancel the reservation within seven days before the arrival date, refund is not possible.

  • SZÉP Kártya (OTP)
  • By bank transfer: on the spot or in advance by the down payment invoice made out by the accommodation.
